Bird Dog Winery LLC is a culmination of 15 years
worth of passion and dedication to perfecting
a savory glass of wine.

In 2008, Tony, co-owner, started this journey with one six gallon carboy of concord juice. Over the years production numbers increased steadily. In the fall of 2022 with the impending closure of the plant that Tony had been employed with for over twenty years, he along with his wife, Amy, decided to start a winery.

When it was time to name the winery, they decided to combine their two passions – making wine and love of German Shorthaired Pointers. Construction officially started on BirdDog Winery LLC’s production room in the spring of 2023. Tony, Along with the help of family and friends finished the construction in just a few short months.

Bird Dog Winery LLC was formally registered to start sales as of January 1, 2024
